When you purchase a Vix Player plan, you are purchasing a software application license to use the Vix Player media player on your Smart TV. You are NOT purchasing any TV channels, streaming content, IPTV access, or third-party media services.

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date

1. What Vix Player Is

Vix Player is a media player application (software) that allows users to upload and play their own playlist files on Smart TVs. Vix Player is not an IPTV provider, content aggregator, streaming service, or broadcaster. We provide zero content of any kind.

2. License

Upon purchasing a plan, Vix Player grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Vix Player app for personal, non-commercial use on your registered Smart TV(s) for the duration of your subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

• You will only upload playlists and content that you own or have legal rights to play
• You will not use Vix Player to access, distribute, or facilitate access to unauthorized or pirated content
• You will not share your account credentials with others outside your household
• You will not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Vix Player app
• You are solely responsible for the legality of content you play through this app

4. No Content Warranty

Vix Player does not provide, guarantee, or warrant any content, channels, or media. We are solely a software tool. We make no claims about the availability or legality of any content users choose to access through their own playlists.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Accessing, redistributing, or promoting unauthorized copyrighted content
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the app
• Any illegal activity under applicable Indian or international law

6. Payments & Billing

All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable GST (GSTIN: 07GISFK4202E1ZS). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vix Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or any content accessed through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly accounts using the app to access or distribute unauthorized content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
